Hospital-to-Home Support Services Limited was founded by Latoya Doyley, a compassionate public health and rehabilitation professional with over 15 years of experience across NHS hospital and community services, as well as domiciliary care, nursing homes, and rehabilitation settings.
Latoya brings a wealth of hands-on experience from a diverse career, including roles as a carer, hair stylist, and positions within radiology, rehabilitation, therapy and nursing services. This breadth of experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of patient care at every stage of recovery.
She is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families by promoting health and wellbeing, encouraging early intervention, and helping people maintain independence. Her approach is grounded in respect for every individual, regardless of their background or faith.
Through close collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, Latoya has witnessed first-hand the challenges individuals experience both at home and during the transition from hospital back into everyday life. This insight led to the creation of Hospital-to-Home Support Services—a service dedicated to providing practical, non-clinical support, advocacy, and guidance. The goal is to help individuals feel safe, confident, and supported in their own homes.
The organisation aims to bridge the gap between formal services and daily living, ensuring that no one feels overwhelmed or alone during this critical transition period.
This commitment to care has been recognised through prestigious awards, including the Star of the Year Award from the NHS and the Civic Mayor Award from the local authority, reflecting a consistent dedication to going above and beyond in supporting others.
